Vivek leads DigiCapi’s digital delivery operations, overseeing a fifteen-person team of designers and engineers responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the systems behind our clients’ growth.
His team supports website development, CRM integrations, AI automation, customer follow-up systems, reputation management, and digital experience optimization.
Vivek’s role is to ensure that every digital initiative moves from strategy into execution efficiently—coordinating the right design, engineering, and automation resources for each client.
